If you use MakeAVIS but AD says that wrapper is still a bit buggy.

i dunno if his would still help...
but when i was makin my AMV i was having the same thing...
the thing was on the DivX setup for the decoder i had put the quality at low...
there were also some other options off like smooth playback and double buffering which help in the storing of the information...
make sure all of thes are on in order to get the best playback quality in Premiere...the video being created by the Direct Draw output is wat is stored...so itll catch any lower quality on the video.
