Let's see...

A while back, while working on Premiere, I noticed that my transitions never saved. Everytime I opened my project back up, the transitions were not there. That is my first problem. Second of all: Now...the transitions don't even work. They appear only as black.

I even include a picture of what I see for your convienience:

have you tried with "show actual sources"?
also, which format are the source files?
