Vdub SDK: is Visual Studio 2005 OK?

Has anyone done any development with the Vdub filter SDK recently? I'm wondering if it will work in VS 2005, or if I should go obtain some other environment... should I maybe take the cygwin route?

I'd value hearing people's experiences here...

Haven't used VS 2005; all my Windows development is currently being done with VS.NET 2003, the Windows XP DDK, and a lot of cursing :P

I don't know if you'll find a good answer here. Avery Lee is the best person to ask...
