Premiere and Vertical Letterboxing

Hey all.

been working on a project for a bit now and it's come time for test exports and whatnot. In my exports i noticed that the frames would occasionaly change size and give vertical letterboxes to certain parts of the vid. Upon checking this out in Premiere, I noticed that certain areas of the video were lacking the little red line benieth the timeline, and that those areas without the red are showing up with vertical letterbox.

The footage itself is correct and matches up with the non-letterboxing clips in every way that i can imagine(zoom, resolution, etc).

Any ideas?

Er, check your export settings (esp. resolution and pixel aspect ratio) and make sure they match up with your project settings?
