What's the best way to rip multi angle dvds (specifically funimation) on the mac platform?

Use "Title - Chapter Extraction" mode. This will open a draw of chapters.

Select the correct title sequence from the drop down (in the main window) - by default it will select the main feature.

In the draw, note the drop down menu at the bottom of the draw, this allows you to select the angle.

If you have all the chapters selected and the "Merge Chapters" checkbox selected, you should get a single result, based on a single angle.
