Issues ripping Funimation DVDs

I've successfully ripped DVDs before, but I'm coming across a bit of trouble now. I rip the .vobs and make the .d2v file and script fine, but I noticed that when I get into Virtualdub, the video stream around the beginning of the episode and during the intro has a somewhat stuttered video play; the same clip may play over two, three, or even four times before the scene progresses, making it difficult to sync. When there is text, it shows the Japanese and then English, so I think I know what the problem is; I think this is because the DVD contains both the Japanese and English intros in the same file, but my computer doesn't seem to know how to separate them. This seems to only be an issue with Funimation DVDs, because my other DVDs don't have this problem. It happened with both Moonphase and Tsubasa. Is there a way to fix this, or at least to separate the two video streams if they are in the same file?

That's the multiple angle problem. To solve it, you'll need to re-rip your vobs in ifo mode

you open the dvd decryptor again and go to mode and choose IFO

oh yea, and this will happen with most Funimation DVDs
