PSX ripping for a Mac?

Hey everyone, I haven't been on AnimeMusicVideos.org in forever, but I'm starting to get back into the swing of things and had a question.

Does anyone know any tools for ripping PS1/PSX files on a Mac? There are tons of wonderful resources for PC, but I haven't been able to find any for the Mac. I suppose I could rip them and convert them on my old PC laptop, but I feel like that'd be a quality loss. Thanks!
