problem ripping with DVD Decrypter

normally i have no problem ripping my dvds with Decrypter. however, my Disney released copy of Howl's Moving Castle will not rip. i also tried using DVD Shrink, and it refuses to copy to my hard drive.

does anyone know of another program that will rip dvds that have the "Do not copy" logo on them?

i use a program called ripit4me

its free and it has worked on every Disney DVD I've put through it...
