Webcam problem

This post has nothing to do with AMVs i just need some help with my webcam.That being said here is my dilema.I bought a Logitech QuickCam Zoom last night.The problem is that it wont capture my video footage as in it take pictures just fine but no video.Now i tried a different prgram last night and it worked(it was a trial and only captures 5 seconds of video).I am using Logitech Image Studio and like i said no video.If you guys know anything please tell me i really want t oget this thing working.

Are you on XP? Logitech have an XP FAQ page.
They also have their own forums.

If you're able to view a live feed on your desktop you could try using CamStudio to capture it. It is freeware that you just need to register to use. It has been a while since I installed i but I think it asks for very little information, in case that kind of stuff is a deterent for you.
