Interlacing, Begone!

Post by EkaCoralian » Tue Jul 12, 2011 9:31 pm

I was wondering if I could get one to two suggestions:
#1: Suggested DVD Ripper (currently I own DVDFab 8)
or
#2: How to get rid of those pesky interlacing lines.

No matter what quality I choose to rip the DVDs with (DVD5 or DVD9, with DVD9 being 100%) interlacing ALWAYS shows up on the clips (which is odd, because it never used to do that with other DVDs I've ripped from).

Any help is appreciated!

Your ripper is fine, interlaced DVDs are a perfectly normal part of growing up (but seriously, interlacing on DVDs isn't weird at all)

To remove interlacing, use avisynth.
