Video Capturing problem...

since we are on the topic of helping out so called "n00bies"...perhaps someone can offer me some assistance.

im working on a video and when i video captured from my VCR, i keep getting small lines on the bottom of my capture.

is there some way this can be resolved?

Use better connectors or just crop the lines.

thats the thing, i unfortunatly do not know how to crop out those lines.

i use Premier and am in the middle of learning Final Cut Pro when at class...

i was using monster cables for my video...but still got the same result...*points at his All In Wonder Raydon*

Use the clip filter in the effects toolbar of Premiere or null transform in V-Dub.

What kind of lines? I've seen all kinds, some are a result of the connectors and some are a result of the program depending on what you are using.
