DVD Ripping

Post by astronomy2004 » Mon May 21, 2007 10:25 pm

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to make an AMV using Premiere Pro. I used VirtualDub to get the vobs, but every now and then I get a section where the footage looks like the lines around the moving parts of the character are kind of zig-zaggy and sometimes it looks like there is a time lag in the footage and it kid of blurs the image, has anyone had this problem before? How do I fix it?

It's called interlacing. Here's how to fix it

BTW, you're avatar is WAY too big

Right-click on the affected clip, select "Field Options", and deselect the "Frame Blend Speed Changes" option

Yeah, I wanna get a smaller avatar, I think I'll find one now.

Thank you for the replies, I'm gonna try it and if anyone has anything else I'll take any more suggestions.
