Ipod help

I got a new ipod.. I would really love to get amv's to play on it..

But, so far I haven't been able to get it to work..

I can get it to play normal music..

But, I seem to need to convert amv's to the format of the ipod..

So can anyone out there help me get AMV's to work on my Ipod?

I've found that <a href="http://www.videora.com/en-us/Converter/iPod/">this program</a> works pretty well (I dropped an XviD of my new video into it and the output is decent), but you may have to tweak the settings a bit to get it to encode vids to your standards of quality.

It keeps telling me connection server is timed out while trying to install it..
