Need capture card, pressed for time!

Okay, my uncle needs a capture card for his VHS PAL video. Thats the bare minimume that he needs. It wuld be good if it also suported his Video Camera thew magic. What is it? I guess its a Sony DCR-PC100E? I don't know.

Need:
Video capture for PAL
Nice if had:
DV capture with it

Computer specs:
iMac
OSX and OS 9 instaled
Buttons are present

I'm in Ireland, so internet option would be the most likely solution, but information on a card or box or something would be my first choice.
