some wierd issuse with ati cards...

im runing win2k and i have a ati 9600 and the ati tv wonder pro. the 9600 runs fine and everything works but divice manager says "ATI WDM Rage Theater" isnt able to start. then with the tv wonder pro the tv tuner seems to not work becouse when i search for avalible channels it finds none. but the a/v/svideo port works also it gives me audio out and windows seems to say that the tv tuner works... i upgraded both the drivers and the media center for the tv wonder pro and still it cant find any channels. this the coaxal port just screwd on this card or is this a software problem i can fix somehow. and also what is this "ATI WDM Rage Theater" it seems like its not important since the 9600 works fine w/o it.
