I seek the Ultimate DVD Player!

Looking for something that can handle DVD+/-R(W), progressive scan, PAL, anamorphic whatever, all regions, VCD, SVCD, any other weird formats (apparently there's an XVCD?), can wash my car, and is remotely affordable.

Basically, I want to be able to watch a DVD no matter where it's from or how it was made.

Suggestions?

Impressive, but the $175 price tag is a biiiit much... thank god I have a birthday coming up and can ask for this kinda thing.
