What power supply do I need for my Athlon 2100+?

Hrm. that looks like a modded Antec. It should serve you well.
A quality 300w powersupply is a minimum. You should be able to run a couple HDs and a couple opticals with that, but don't hesitate to go bigger if you're going to load it up with tons of drives & PCI cards.
I really like Antec's True Power series of PSU's. they have been very reliable, and actually deliver their reted power, while being relatively quiet. The True Power 550w is my favorite PSU ever.
Other brands that seem to be reasonably well liked are Sparkle Power and Enermax.
