OK, the Rage 3D pro is not a capture card at all.
Do you have anything in 'unknown' devices or something?
Does the thing even have inputs :p. Is it a "All In Wonder" type dealy thingy. I mean if it's a All in Wonder, then I would look for All In Wonder drivers off of their site.
But heck, it may not even be a ATI card. You may just be looking under Graphic Adapters or something.
So umm, just Rage3D Pro is NOT a capture card. Look elsewhere in the device manager. Like Other Hardware/Unknown Devices.

Get DirectX 9:
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/direct ... efault.htm
Then get / install these :
http://www.ati.com/support/drivers/winm ... 32655.html
Also you may try grabbing the ATI Multimedia Center, but I think VirtualDub would also work.
http://mirror.ati.com/support/drivers/m ... nodvd.html
Also make sure you have the hard drives setup in DMA mode, double click on them in the device manager, there should be a tab or something in their properties. If you don't then you'll be dropping like %90 of the frames :p
=\

Some possible solutions there --------^
You may also try VirtualDub, File|Capture video, see if you get anything or see if it errors out.
ATI has kinda shoddy drivers
