whats so different between SDRAM & RDRAM ?

Here is a question for ya.

I just learned the RDRAM is a pentium only thing, but I also heared a rumor about pentium supporting DDR, now what is all of this about?

Pentium 4's have been support DDR for awhile now. There's hubbub going on over the "Granite Bay" - E7205 Chipset since it's the fist to support dual-channel DDR operation.
