audio driver problem

well.. i knew formatting my non brand computer would end up putting me in trouble and i was dumb enough to go on with it anyway! now ive found all the drivers except the audio driver.
i installed the umm driverguide toolkit.. and this is the information i got from it about the audio hardware:
device: Sis7012 audio codec ( i searched for sis7012 audio driver on google.. and found the driver but it wouldnt install.. it would always come up with some error)
vendor: silicon integrated systems (sis)
OEM: AUSTek Computer Inc
Manufacturer: unknown

thats all the info i have! can anyone help find me the problem here?

and please dont ask me to open up the cpu container.. cause ive already screwed up once doing that .. but go ahead and ask if i absolutely have to!

The actual file is a12112d.zip at SIS.com ... unless your using Windows XP.
