adapting video
all i need is some help in converting the protected files on my dvds when i rip them from my computer doe3s any one have any ideas? and if not the software to do it what kind of hardwaredo i need?

I would suggest reading EADFAG and getting the amvapp (although you should look for updates for the software included in the amvapp)
be warned that this process can take quite a while (getting dvd footage ready to use) but the results will be well worth the time
if you have any questions don't hesitate to ask (although some people would suggest using the search function of the forum [at the top, near logout and profile] before asking)
