I need an old motherboard

I need a motherboard to replace my old one that went chica-chica-boom-boom earlier this winter. However, the new one I was looking at won't support the processor and RAM I already have, and I am NOT shelling out for a brand new processor and RAM chip when the ones I have work fine.

Soooooooo... anyone know where I can find a good-condition motherboard that will work with a Pentium 3 processor and PC133 RAM?
