Anyone ever heard of Screenplay?

It's an old-er-school video editing system that takes up an entire computer. It has one video track, one graphics/text track, and two audio tracks. it does do transitions, but it puts them on the video track. It has a big black box that goes with it.

I'm not very good at descriptions. :-\

anyone know what i'm talking about?

I need some help working it.
