I have the same card, and to get it to capture, you have to run to NVidia's website, find the drivers, install the drivers, and use a program like virtualdub to capture with(make sure you select the right input too, It has the tendancy to select composite as the default, rather than S-Video). Then, just cue your source, and record away. I hope this was helpful.
