What type of fan should I buy for an Athlon XP 2700? What voltage of power should I have the computer on?

I prefer to but the retail boxed processors that come with a heatsink, fan, and wonderful 3 year warranty.
If you already have, or are set on buying an OEM processor, I can wholeheartedly recommend the Thermalright AX-7 heatsink. For a processor that hot, I'd suggest a Panaflo M1-A or similar fan.

I would say a Thermaltake Valcano 9 with the copper core, from most reviews I have read its a good sink.

Really unless you're doing some hardcore overclocking whatever current Thermaltake H/S/Fan combo should do.

They're like $10 :\

I have an Athlon XP 1700+. Works fine with the TTake Volcano 7 (The box said it goes up to 7200RPM, and AFAIK, the Volcano9 only goes up to like 4800RPM)

I have the slower model of the Thermaltake Dragon Orb for my Athie 2000 the thing is nice and all (VERY fragile) but it's LOUD like a quiet trash disposal.
