DiVA Conversion Help

Okay, I used Kirin's tutorial that I learned of here on the site and I do find it very helpful, but I just don't know how to get the quality of the video to be like it is off of the DVDs I rip from. I make Avatar the Last Airbender videos. It seems like after I have finished converting the clips into quicktime clips, the quality tends to be off, looks a little something like this (sorry for the link, but want to show you what the end result looks like): http://www.livevideo.com/video/50D58A16 ... antic.aspx

It's not horrible, but comes out looking very pixelated in some parts. I try to follow the tutorial as best I could, but I don't know how to make it look like the DVD actually does. If someone could help me with how to convert it perfectly with DiVA, that would help me so much.
