Reading Lagarith Lossless Codec
Alright, so apparently for getting avi's on Adobe Premeir Elements, Lagarith Lossless Codec is the best and free thing to use. But my problem with that is the whole installation. Every time I try to start up installation(this is already extracted out of the compressed file) I'm met with this window.
So anybody know how I can open this thing up so I can start converting videos?

Several problems here.
1.) A .dll file won't install anything for you. Executable files (.exe) install things. The .dll file is used by the .exe file.
2.) Lagarith should have been installed by the AMVApp to begin with. If you never got the AMVApp, get it here.

A&E's Technical Guides to All Things Audio and Video mk 2
There's a Vdub section in there. Though I would recommend reading the whole guide and putting it into practice. (Read: strongly recommend.)
