Compressing with TMPGEnc and .mcf profiles...

I'm finished with my vid and am trying to compress it in TMPGEnc, but I cannot find the two profiles on my computer to load that were in Ermac's guide. And when I go back to the guide and click the link for the two profiles, it is dead. I've tried just regular compression, but it is completely unacceptable quality. I'm wondering if anyone knows where I can find these .mcf profiles to load or can give me tips on the settings so I can get a better quality mpeg?
