Hi!

I have been facing MAAAAAAAAAJORRRR problems regarding encoding to mp4. Basically AMVSimple and Zarx take turns on when not to work. The error messages I get are the follwoing:

For Zarx, I get this:

The issue also affects getting footage for me. Both MkvtoMp4 and Handbrake don't encode anything.

I have attempted uninstalling and reinstalling K-lite mega codec pack multiple times. I also tried installing some of the components on their own but none of that really done anything good for me so I'm pretty much stuck.

First off...remove k-lite and install CCCP...as for the problems, they are two separate ones, MkvToMp4 is giving a writing access error, are you running it as administrator? As for the Zarx error, you are giving it a resolution that is not supported by YV12 colorspace, it needs to be at least divisible by 4, so changing it to 854x480 would work.

such implied dislike for k-lite lmao

And regarding running MkvtoMp4 as admin, I didn't. I normally never needed to do so at first. I did do it now and it encoded an episode for me. And Zarx works as well now. I realized the lossless codec in the avi it failed to encode was different from lagarith. I will take the ''divisible by 4'' factor into account if I do this again.

Still can't do anything regarding handbrake.

Thanks for the help, l33t!

Simple solution to that, don't use handbrake... ;)
