Every once in a while it's saying its a problem with my audio. I'm using a .wav render of my timeline from vegas as the audio, is that right?

That shouldn't be causing issues, but where aac fails, vorbis still doesn't. I'd suggest you get oggenc2. Just place the oggenc2.exe in your system32 folder and call it in the .bat like

oggenc2.exe -q X -o "your output.ogg" "your input.wav"
Instead of X, use 6 if your audio is from a CD/TV-raw or 8 if it's from a DVD/BRD.

well I got it to work, I just imported the uncompressed .avi with audio not disabled into zarxgui since I remembered reading you could do that now, and it worked fine. >_>
