Oh the second screenshot reminds me my error with bad version of huffyuv so i think it is problably some codecs or some unique pc error or something =P

Och and yeah these screebns are made by After Effects? Does source files looks the same in virtualdub? if yes i think this project isn't to recover :l If no try mpeg or something : P

It's not that I have a video that has that error, I have an After Effect project that export it with that glitch.. And there's nothing for now that changed that result.

mhm and source files are converted by...? Also U can try other version of ae but now im pretty sure it's something with codecs i'm using AE 7.0 so i don't know if 6.5 have such option in rendering, but there are some ways of rendering...
it can be wrong version ffdshow, it can be broken uncompressed way of rendering,
well my favorite for now is
export->avi codec->DV/DVCPRO-NTSC,PAL :P

You can try to export your amv in different pieces, because sometimes, Ae or Premiere do not like to export heavy project in one time. If the different pieces do not have errors, use virtualdub to add the different parts.

Another possibility, if you use "complex" imported files like photoshop files and such, it could be that AE do not really to work with that. You should use a PNG file instead of the PSD.
