thats good to know. thanks for all you've done. I've actually started using mkvextractgui and it's working really well...except i keep getting this message - haali media splitter = AVI: stream has no index entries which prevents me from previewing the file through windows/importing it...
...hmm, and when I was about to post some solutions too...
just out of curiosity then,
did you use vdub [cause i still think that's the best method ]
or was ffdshow not configured to decode both streams [aud/vid]
