I would also suggest compressing with Huffyuv or Lagarith to decrease the file size some. Both are lossless codecs. Since I was bored, I just tested creating a 24 second clip out of that episode, and Huffyuv compressed to 250MB and Lagarith compressed to 126MB. Still large, but not like uncompressed.
On another note, you might also resize the show to something smaller, like 848x480. That file is a 720p file (1280x720), so downscaling will help shrink the file size.
