meGui/Zarx unable to load

This is the error message I get when I try to load both zarx(1.0) and megui (0.2.6.1041) im really at a loss for what could be giving me this problem. I tried a few dump reinstalls yet I still cant get it to load. I have <a href="http://i11.photobucket.com/albums/a164/ ... meworks</a> along with the nero codec. Iv read the guide a few times but there must be something im missing or doing wrong if anyone has any ideas id appreciate it.

Well, the first thing I would have said would be that you need the .Net 2.0... but since you have that already.... I'm at a loss.

Ah well thank you anyway for the response. Would anyone happen to have or know of a guide to writing command lines for it? I really wouldn't even know where to begin but others have told me thats my only other option. I tried looking one up but apparently google is only my friend if I have a mac =P ... or im just missing something again which is always possible.
