I suggest you the new AMVApp3 beta:

Not the old one wich LivingFlame linked to. It´s beta to work with the new one instead of the old one. There are a lot of new possibilities and knowledge like how to encode to a nice mp4.
Don´t forget to install the new AMVApp3 beta too.
