[Compression] Lossless to Mp4

After so much time here on the org I kinda hate to post a Thread like this one, making me feel a little noob,
but I think it's really important and I prefer to ask here than searching around the web, honestly.

Let's be honest, I don't know nothing about compressing into Mp4.
But I'd really like to, and in some way it's what I'm going to do.

Anyone, here, knows something more detailed about this?
Do I need some special files, codecs, plugins..? Is there any Tutorial?

Then try version <b>3</b>.0 (beta) instead:

The short answer is to get that and use Zarx264gui, which is supposed to make the whole process really simple.
