Best Codec For Compression?

Hmm yeah, I read it ofo the guide, though I wasn't sure which codec to shooce, since they specified mpeg2, and that didn't appear on the list.

Anyway, I started a new project to test, set the compressor to Indeo video 5.10, changed the avisynth script and problem was fixed.

Now all I need to know is how to stop Premiere from interlacing footage when you import it.
