Decrypting newer Funimation titles

I have this great idea for a Romeo x Juliet AMV, but when I try to decrypt it using DVD Decrypter, I end up having to skip files because they can't decrypt. I suppose it's a security measure to prevent pirating the anime, but how do I get around this? I legitimately own both box sets, and I'm hoping to make an awesome AMV for MTAC's contest. Thanks!
