Music Generators

What consumer programs are out there that allow you to create your own tracks. The only thing that comes to mind is MTV Music Generator, and only because I actually remember playing with that on PSOne. That actual had its own library of audio samples you can create with.

I'm looking into scoring my own movie shorts and what not, and there are times when I want my own scores instead of using movie scores or actual songs.

Cakewalk Professional, Magix Music Maker, Sonar, FL Studio (née FruityLoops), Propellerhead Reason, Ableton Live, Apple Logic...

I didn't realize Magix had a music creator. I have their MP3 Maker, so I think I'll look into purchasing their music maker.
