mpg/mpeg files are blurry

Post by onehps » Tue Nov 07, 2006 11:32 pm

I can play the files but they are color blurred. How do I fix it?

Thanks in advanced.

could you post a screenshot?

I can't be 100% sure from your description, but you may be seeing compression artifacts (the smaller you try to compress the file, the more artifacts you are liable to have)

or a poorly done resize with too much smoothening.
And God spoke unto the Chicken, and He said: "Thou shalt crosseth the road", and the Chicken did cross the road, and there was much rejoicing.

agreed; post a picture "in .bmp or .tga " for us to view.

MPG-1 is many things, unless your Matrix is set wrong, but it is NOT a Color Enhancer!

if worse comes to worse, just find ANY MPEG-1 site and Look-Up the Matrix Codes.

What good are matrix codes going to do for someone whose problem is 'the colours are blurred. Help'?
