Help with Premiere 6.5

for some reason when i click the play button, the video doesnt play. You can see where i circled it red. I dont know what the problem is, i was working on it just then, now it just doesnt work

. All the clips ive imported into premiere a Huffyuv.

cant say this will work to a 100% but try doubleclicking the clip you want to edit or dragging it to that window, Actually my skills in amv editing resorts to the equal of knowing how to turn on a TV but not changing channels (even though i have an amv on here with 1300 views tihihi.)
