Those are your problems. 320x224 isn't a proper 4:3 aspect ratio. (But then again, 720x480 isn't either, now is it?) 15fps isn't a standard FPS rate. If you're working in any other FPS than 15, that may be the problem. Or if you're exporting in any other FPS than 15 and at any other resolution than 320x224, that may be your problem. Indeo just plain sucks. Use PSXMC and save into HuffYUV or Uncompressed RGB at 320x240, 352x240, 480x360, 640x480, or 720x480 and that may fix your problem.

Haha

It's not normal for computer 4:3 aspect. The highest I believe for the 480 vertical size is 640x480. Anything else wouldn't be 4:3, now would it?

oi2ph3n: In most cases Premiere will be able to preview a video no matter what its dimension or fps are. I had ripped out quite a lot of playstation videos including ff9 in their proper settings, and had no problems whatsoever during Premiere. In your case I guess it could be the IV5 codec or the codec settings were wrong. I once ripped Ace Combat 2 & 3 into IV5 but I changed the codec settings so I'd be able to edit in Premiere, but I can't recall how I did it. So I recommend you to try using HuffYUV, but don't resize or change the fps otherwise the output will not look good.

If you preview it does stuff happen?

If you just get a black screen on export, make sure export video is checked under keyframe and rendering settings. It would happen. Of course most likely you'd get AVI file with no video what so ever, not a black rectangle. You never know tho.
