Vdub filters(.vdf) working in Vegas

There is a way to get VirtualDub filters to work in Vegas.. but I don't remember what to do to get them to work. I'm sure downloading Wax DebugMod is what is needed to get them to work.. but what directory are they in, what do I click on in vegas to get to them? It shows Wax Transitions under the Transitions folder in Vegas and you get Wax Plugins in the Video FX folder. In the preferences for Wax 2.0 I specify where the folder is with the Vdub filters.. but I still don't see a place to click in Vegas to activate any of them.

Please help if you could.

Theres a tool in the debug mode Plugin Pack for vegas that allows quick and easy use of vdub plugins. But they arent keyframeable.
