Audio problem with exported video
After I exported a video, I ran into two major problems. 1) the file was huge, due to an uncompressed audio track (I've fixed that) and 2) everytime the music track gets very intense, the music crackles as if the speakers were bad. Thing is they are not, playing the video through is premiere works out fine, the audio sucks after export. Can someone tell me what the problem is? Or better yet, some suggestions on how to fix it? Thanks a lot.

That would be clipping (the amplitude is going past the maximum level and cutting off the crests and troughs of waves, causing distortion).virtuoussin13 wrote:2) everytime the music track gets very intense, the music crackles as if the speakers were bad. You can fix it by reducing the volume in Premiere (pull up the mixer window and reduce the volume until the red clipping indicators are no longer set off) before you export.
Optionally, if you have an audio editor with clipping restoration capabilities (like Adobe Audition), you can use that on the audio you already exported.
