Hidden .pss files

I don't know if this question has already been asked but, here I go.

In some games like Resident Evil:Outbreak or Devil May Cry 3 for example, don't have .pss files when you insert them into the computer.

Is there any program or maybe a tutorial on how to view and rip them?

I believe that there is a sticky at the top of the page on how to rip ps2 footage, and i think one of the guides covers it aswell.
