Help with this effect please..

heyaz, after watchin arczi's vid "My Way" theres this effect ive wanted to try and work out but i cant quite get it. You see the effect used on Gaara in the opening along with rock lee and other characters. I think this effect is called "Echo" ?? Its like the clip fades out towards you. im trying to get it but you have to do sumthing in the motion setup. Ive played around with motion, mixing it up with the echo effect (Video effects > time > echo), but i cant get it like in the vid. yeh i read the help in adobe premier help but i still couldnt quite get it.

Keyframe the size of the clip and fade out.

Alternatively, if you have a question about an effect in a specific video, sometimes the best person to ask is (*gasp*) the person who edited that video...

i emailed him but he didnt explain the motion settings, so i emailed him again but hasn't replied since cause something is up with his net i think. i keyframed the size and made the clip fade out but, doesnt quite look how i want it too
