ff video ripping

I have tried to rip ffx and ff x-2 videos, but the program says something I don´t understand or that I have wrong disk type.
What is the problem here??
I think I have right programs and original games.

What should I do???

not sure if this matters, but do u have PAL or NTSC version?

it matters in something i just cant remember if its this or not cuase i beleive theres different ways u have to go about to rip em

I have PAL versions. I have thought that it might be it, but not sure either. So what to do next???
