Correct CROP setting

Post by SuperFusion » Wed Feb 16, 2005 4:21 pm

What's the correct CROP setting for the DVD "The End Of Evangelion?" The setting (60,0,-60,0) doesen't seem right.

(0,60,-0,-60) would probably be closer to the truth. Just fine-tune the values through trial and error VirtualDubMod.

Ah... Thanks for the help, Janzki. Seems like the correct setting would be (68,70,-68,-70). For widescreen that is. Thanks again, Janzki. :)

Um, it seems to me this would chop quite a bit off the sides of the picture.

If this helps, I've got Death and Rebirth, which was released by the same people (viz., Manga Video), and when I used it last, I found that Crop(18,68,-18,-68) was just about right for keeping the whole picture.
