Frozen Video & Skipping Music.

This was my first problem,
Im using Windows Movie Maker and everytime I save the video Im working on, and play it in WMP10 the music skips. The formatt is DV Avi.

Oh good, then it's a known problem with a known workaround:

First: save this file to your C:\Program Files\Movie Maker\Shared\Profiles folder. It should then show up in WMM2 on the list of "Other" export options with all the others. It'll be called something like "Very high quality WMV, 29.97 fps".

Then export using that profile. The resultant file should look just about as good as a DV AVI.
When it comes time to compress to something distributable, you can either convert to HuffYUV using a converter like EO Video and work from there, or serve the .WMV using AVISynth's DirectShowSource().

I did that and now my video is frozen. Anyone out there that can help?

How far into the process did you get?

And what do you mean by "frozen"?
