How do I convert .rm to avi?

I've tried using programs, but they leave watermarks (bold yellow writing smack dab in the middle) Is there a way to get an .rm file into premiere? Because I try to do that, but when i hit browse, it wont find my file becasue it is .rm.

I would really appreciate ANY help I can possibl get. Thanks :wink:
